Shipping & Delivery
At Lab Coat Co we make every effort to get your items on their way to you as quickly as possible.
Lab Coat Co offers the following shipping methods:
- FREE DELIVERY for orders over $350 within Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days and usually delivered within 7-10 business days from date of dispatch.
- STANDARD POST within Australia only. Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days and usually delivered within 7-10 business days from date of dispatch. Standard Post starts at $11.99 and increases depending on the parcel weight.
- EXPRESS POST within Australia only. Orders placed prior to 6.00am will be dispatched same day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched next business day. Your parcel should arrive within 2 - 4 business days from the dispatch date. Express Post starts at $20 and increases depending on the parcel weight.
- INTERNATIONAL POST International post will take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive and may require customs clearance and duties paid depending on local Customs Laws. International Post starts at $15 and increases depending on the parcel weight.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Lab Coat Co does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your countryās import laws, we suggest contacting your countries customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Lab Coat Co will provide refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to our warehouse or arrange re-delivery which will be at the customers expense.
NOTE: If you have requested your item to be customised, please allow an additional 10 business days for embroidery and 15 business days for screen printing or heat seal. If your customisation includes a logo or graphic, please allow 10-15 business days from the date that the artwork has been approved.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email from us so that you can track your order using the consignment details in the email.
Unless we make other arrangements with you, our product is delivered directly to the address that you nominate.
Whilst every effort is undertaken to deliver goods within this timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
A few things to know about your delivery:
- All Australian orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.
- During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.
- If you live in WA, NT or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage. To find out more about postage to your state, click here to visit the Australia Post website.
- Goods will be delivered on business days - no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
- We deliver via Australia Post with an authority to leave. If no one is available to sign upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (private or work) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements at the nearest Post Office.

Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in bringing our customers high quality, durable products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Lab Coat Co purchases.
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will review all circumstances of each return request to be resolved at the companyās discretion to ensure our customers receive a positive experience with us.
We will happily provide a return or exchange provided that:
- There is proof of purchase
- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item has not been customised.
- The item is in re-saleable condition with original packaging, including tags, stickers and accessories
- The item is unused/unworn/unopened
If these requirements are not met, Lab Coat Co reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Any returns under the above terms and conditions will receive either a refund or may be exchanged for other product or size.
All Sale Item purchases are final. Please choose carefully as Lab Coat Co does not provide returns, refunds or exchange on the purchase of Sale Items. This includes any items purchased using a Discount Code or Promotional Items.
All other cases will be resolved at Lab Coat Co's discretion. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on general wear and tear.
Return Instructions for Exchange or Refund
Any purchases made online can be returned to the Lab Coat Co warehouse.
To create a Return or Exchange Request:
For Account Holders:
Please login to your account. Go to your Account->Orders screen and select āReturn Items?ā.
This will redirect to your Return Request screen where you can select what items you would like to return and the reason. Please print out a copy of the Return Request Email you receive and include this in the parcel with your returned items and send to:

Customers are responsible for all return post charges to send back change of mind goods, and for any exchange shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
