$500 Team Wear Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the $500 Team Wear Giveaway is Lab Coat Company (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on the date the giveaway is published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact information. Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
There is one prize valued at up to $500 AUD, consisting of Lab Coat Company team wear and embroidery.
The winner may select eligible Lab Coat Company garments and embroidery services up to the total retail value of $500 AUD, subject to product, size, colour and stock availability.
Any amount exceeding the $500 prize value will be payable by the winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
The prize must be redeemed directly with Lab Coat Company in accordance with the instructions provided to the winner.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw on 1 October 2026 from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place in Australia.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their entry.
The Promoter may also announce the winner through its website, email marketing or social media channels.
The winner must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is subject to availability. If a selected product is unavailable, Lab Coat Company will work with the winner to select a suitable alternative.
Embroidery included as part of the prize is subject to Lab Coat Company’s standard embroidery requirements, including the provision of suitable artwork or logo files where required.
Any additional artwork setup, customisation, garments, embroidery or services that cause the order to exceed the $500 prize value will be quoted separately and payable by the winner.
9. Marketing Communications
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Lab Coat Company, including information about products, promotions, offers and news.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Lab Coat Company’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and, where applicable, providing marketing communications.
The Promoter will not sell entrants’ personal information to third parties.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in conduct that the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate or fraudulent.
If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the $500 Team Wear Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
